ARMOR SHIELD® VCI FOAMS...
are available in polyurethane and polyethylene materials. Open cell polyurethane foam typically comes in 1/4" thick sheets while polyethylene typically comes in a laminate with film from 1/6" to 1/4" thick. Foams ideal for small parts, which need cushioning protection as well as VCI Corrosion Inhibiting protection. Custom sizes are available upon request.

ARMOR SHIELD® VCI BUBBLE WRAP...
is available as a custom product in rolls, sheets or bags. This product combines the cushioning protection of traditional bubble wrap with ARMOR's proprietary VCI formulationsfor rust prevention. Products can be made in several styles including 1/2" or 3/16" thickness or with high performance barriers or combinations.

ARMOR SHIELD® VCI CORRUGATED...
is available as a custom product in several forms including boxes, sheeting, single face and as a linerboard. Typical board structures include 200# burst or 32 ECT test. As a truly innovative product, ARMOR SHIELD® VCI CORRUGATED can allow for cost savings due to labor reductions, material savings and reductions.

ARMOR SHIELD® VCI STRETCH FILM...
is available as a stock item in 5”x900’ 100 ga. banding film with handle, 18”x1500’ hand film 80 ga. or our machine film as a 20”x4500’ 100 ga. Also available in nearly every other common industrial stretch film thickness and width upon order. Please contact ARMOR for more details.
