Stories from the Frontlines – ARMOR's Metal Rescue™ Rust Remover Bath Removes Doubt And Brings Delight

Customer delight can be seen by some as a “lofty” goal but we at ARMOR like to set big goals – we like to shoot for the stars. Our customer service team and sales force try to provide customer delight and success in every situation and interaction. From a quick email with a question, a fax request for a quote, to a phone call, to a face-to-face meeting, ARMOR strives for customer satisfaction in every interaction.

To demonstrate, we offer real-life examples provided by different members of our company’s “frontlines.” In this issue, we called upon one of our tenured sales account managers to step in front of the camera and tell of one of his successful customer experiences. We aren’t trying to toot our own horn, but we want to be clear that we make every attempt to talk-the-talk AND walk-the-walk when it comes to our customers.
