ARMOR’s Colombia Partner Earns Customer Loyalty with its Education, Training and the Top Performance of ARMOR VCI Film
ARMOR’s attention to customer service crosses international borders as this month’s “front line,” real-life success story comes from Fredy Quintana of KIMIK and ARMOR’s partner located in Colombia. KIMIK is a supplier to metal industries, auto suppliers and wire manufacturers and was a natural fit for an ARMOR partnership.
In Colombia, Freddy visited a new customer who was using a competitor’s VCI and was experiencing a great deal of corrosion problems. Comparison testing and discussion led to successful results for both ARMOR and the customer. In addition, Freddy was able to meet with representatives from the company to conduct a training on corrosion and to teach effective VCI usage and application methods. The company has had great results with ARMOR VCI and as Freddy tells “they are now a loyal customer!”
