Before joining ARMOR, Cheri worked for 21 years in health care communications and marketing. “The chance to apply my skills in a new and different industry was too good to pass up so I made the switch to join the marketing team in ARMOR's corrosion management field and I haven’t looked back!”
Hobbies:
“I like to be outside, especially if it involves the beach, and I am an avid exerciser – walking, running, biking, I love it all. My only other ‘real’ hobby these days is chauffeuring my kids to their sporting events and activities but in the future I hope to get back to some of my past loves – reading, cooking, baking!”

“The Fred Factor” by Mark Sanborn. “I read it for the ARMOR customer service book club and enjoyed it immensely. It was a quick and easy read that had many great ideas that I could apply beyond the world of customer service and use in life in general.”
