METAL RESCUE™ ATTENDS APPEX TRADESHOW AND ADDS A 6TH AWARD TO ITS TOOLBOX

Workshop Hero™ traveled to Las Vegas last month to attend the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX), the largest convention for the automotive aftermarket industry, which represents more than $395 billion globally. An estimated 115,000 from around the world attended, including wholesale distributors, retailers, service chains, jobbers and service professionals.

Workshop Hero™’s presence at AAPEX allowed the company to showcase its Metal Rescue™ Rust Remover Bath and Dry Coat™ Rust Preventative in front of many automotive aftermarket company representatives, shop owners and business decision makers.

In addition, Metal Rescue™ Rust Remover Bath won the AAPEX Product Showcase Award. More than 4,600 votes were cast for products in 13 different categories and Metal Rescue™ was chosen as the winner in the Paint, Body and Equipment category. The 2012 AAPEX award is in addition to five Global Media Awards from the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) given to Metal Rescue™ in 2010 and 2011.
