What we at ARMOR consider a “success story” covers the gamut. While we celebrate when we can save a customer money on their corrosion management products or when we put together a corrosion management plan that saves employee time and labor, not every success story is full of glitz and glamour. Sometimes a success story is as simple as expediting an urgent order or hand delivering product to a customer located close to the company’s headquarters. Sometimes a success story is as simple as there is no problem at all.
We took our quest for success stories to the front lines of the ARMOR workforce – we asked members of our customer service and sales representative teams to step in front of the camera and tell us about a recent personal customer experience. We aren’t trying to toot our own horn, but instead demonstrate our company-wide focus to delight the customer on small and large-scale efforts.
Take a look at the short video below. It features Julie Eastwood, ARMOR Senior Customer Service Leader, as she recounts an urgent customer order story – it came at a time when literally and figuratively the “chips were down.”
