Rusty has been a member of Santa’s sleigh maintenance staff for 97 years. As a sleigh technician he is responsible for keeping the sleigh in top performance both from a mechanical stand point as well as from a visual stand point.

“I didn’t come by my name Rusty by accident. I’m a master at keeping Santa’s sleigh in optimal working order, both inside and out, and in this business rust is not my friend.” Rusty toils to keep on top of the rust that can quickly develop during the sleigh’s exposure to extreme temperature fluctuations and constantly changing precipitation.

Hobbies:
Snowball fights, snowboarding, Tinker toys and master cookie baker.

“The Snowball: Warren Buffett and the Business of Life” by Alice Schroeder. “I was first drawn to this book because of the title—snowball is right in my wheel house. Further, Warren Buffett is the epitome of success in many ways for a lot of people. I had to find out the real story.”
