“I love the water -- boating, swimming, jet skis. I also enjoy reading and I am an avid sports fan – I am a loyal fan of the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings and the Michigan State University Spartans.”

Best Book Read Recently:
Julie likes to read both for work and for pleasure. “Recently I read “Advanced Interpersonal Communication” for our ARMOR Customer Service Book Club. The entire ARMOR Customer Service staff participated and we each read a different customer service-focused book and reported on the highlights during an informal lunch. Participation was optional but I am pleased to report that the entire staff took part. We all got a lot out of the experience and I was really proud to see that we shared the same commitment to customer service excellence.”

For pleasure, Julie just finished a thriller/mystery, “Now You See Her” by James Patterson. “I am a huge fan and have read most of his books.”

Latest Accomplishment:
“Earning a gratifying “Senior Customer Service Representative” title after my name!” On the home front, she recently helped her “baby” (daughter Courtni) celebrate her 21st birthday and she just added two new kittens to the family – Riley and Mittens.
