team profile

Meet the Workshop Hero™ division’s spokesman Bryan Fuller. With Fuller’s metal expertise, knowledge and good-humored antics, you will see why we made this television personality the face and voice of rust removal and prevention.

Last month we introduced you to ARMOR’s new consumer division, Workshop Hero™. This new division offers products based on the same guiding principles as Armor Protective Packaging®’s industrial line – products must be clean, safe and easy. Workshop Hero™ is a line of consumer products specifically designed to take the “work” out of workshop and to provide our customers “less work and more play.”

Bryan Fuller

To help spread the word of this new division and to promote its products Metal Rescue™ Rust Remover Bath and Dry Coat™ Rust Preventative, Workshop Hero™ has teamed up with Bryan Fuller, a celebrity in the world of metal working and a custom motorcycle and automotive designer, to serve as a spokesman.

“We are excited to team up with a talent like Bryan Fuller because he is first and foremost a “metals” guy. Bryan is known for his custom bikes and cars. Many are done in bare metal - so he has first-hand knowledge and experience with the problems rust can cause - and the difference that Metal Rescue™ and Dry Coat™ can make,” said David Yancho, Vice President of Armor Protective Packaging®.

Fuller’s background in metal shaping is extensive. He spent several years working with hot rod designer and star of TLC’s Overhaulin, Chip Foose. Fuller was a member of the Foose Design Team that won the prestigious 2003 and 2005 Ridler Award for Best Car in Show at the Detroit Autorama and was also a lead builder on the TLC Overhaulin Show. From there he launched his own custom bike and hot rod shop Fuller Hot Rods and was chosen to co-host Two Guys Garage, the oldest automotive “how to” show on Speed TV. Fuller and his crew were also featured on an episode of Biker Build-Off, and several Café Racer episodes.

“Bryan’s experience and passion for metals, combined with his great humor and outgoing personality, are the perfect match for our Metal Rescue™ and Dry Coat™ products. Bryan is the ultimate workshop hero – he knows how to get the work done - and have some fun along the way,” Yancho said.

Check out a couple of the video clips from our most recent video shoot with Bryan, where he demonstrates the features, benefits and some of the things he loves about Metal Rescue™ and Dry Coat™. See firsthand how our Workshop Hero™ logo captures the essence of the Workshop Hero™ brand best – “less work, more play.”
