Straight from the desk of one of ARMOR’s account managers, we present this Top 5 List of Sales Tips for ARMOR Distributors:

  1. Do not ask prospective customers if they use VCI products, instead, ask what they do to prevent and remove rust. Many companies still use oils and hazardous RP liquids and could benefit from the advantages of ARMOR’s VCI Nanotechnology™ if they knew more about it.

  2. Use the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code list to find customers in your geographical area that may be able to use ARMOR products and services.

  3. Find out about the safety and cleanliness of the customer’s current rust prevention/removal solutions. Educate how ARMOR products are cleaner than petroleum-based products and safer for workers and the environment.

  4. ARMOR water-based products are far safer and less expensive than most oil-based methods.

  5. Don’t forget to add ARMOR desiccants to the ARMOR packaging recommendation that you present for export applications or long-term storage. Desiccants are drying agents that control humidity levels in a container and they work in conjunction with ARMOR VCI products.
