VAULT Long-term Storage Products
ARMOR offers three robust rust-prevention solutions designed for long-term, corrosion-free storage: the CRUSADER™, SENTINEL™, and FORTRESS Foil™. While each works effectively on its own, when combined as part of the ARMOR VAULT™ Long-Term Storage System, they lock in the protective powers of VCI while locking out moisture, oxygen, and other corrosion-causing contaminants.
CRUSADER
5-10 YEAR PROTECTION
ARMOR sets the industry standard for high performance, innovation and long-term storage with the ARMOR CRUSADER™, a multi-layer VCI film that delivers premium rust prevention for the most demanding corrosion inhibition applications.
The ARMOR CRUSADER is made up of multiple layers of film combined into one through co-extrusion. This multi-layer construction creates a barrier that blocks three times more water vapor than a 4 mil mono-extruded VCI film, providing enhanced protection.
SENTINEL
10-15 YEAR PROTECTION
ARMOR SENTINEL VCI Film utilizes the durability and strength of metallized PET to provide a physical barrier against oxygen, moisture and other contaminants. At the same time, ARMOR VCI (vapor corrosion inhibitor) Nanotechnology™ forms a clean, safe, easy-to-use molecular barrier to prevent rust. By laminating metallized PET onto the poly film, ARMOR has engineered a rugged, resilient VCI film with superior corrosion inhibition and barrier properties.

15-20+ YEAR PROTECTION
ARMOR FORTRESS Foil™ is an advanced, long-term rust prevention solution that provides 15+ years of protection for metal parts. Constructed from durable MIL-PRF-131K foil material, FORTRESS Foil acts as a powerful barrier, blocking moisture, air, and contaminants—the primary causes of rust and corrosion—to keep metal parts rust-free over an extended period of time. Unlike traditional rust prevention paper and poly films that use vapor corrosion inhibitors (VCI) to combat corrosion, FORTRESS Foil protects with its superior barrier properties alone. Not only does FORTRESS Foil block environmental factors from reaching metal surfaces, but its flexible yet durable construction provides exceptional tear and puncture resistance, keeping metal parts of all shapes and sizes clean and corrosion-free for more than 15 years.
