History with ARMOR: ASK JERRY has only been with ARMOR about a week! But the “real life” Jerry retired from ARMOR in 2018, after working as a regional sales manager for more than 14 years. ASK JERRY, ARMOR’s new interactive, online tool named in his likeness, debuted April 14, 2021.
What aspect of your job do you enjoy the most?: “Definitely the travel. I get to visit places all over the world. Last week I was on a desktop in Thailand and a day later on an iPhone in Mexico. I never know who’s gonna visit me and what their rust challenges might be. Oh, and I highly recommend the little coffee shop Caffe’ Trastevere in Rome, Italy. Great coffee and unbelievable cannolis.”
Favorite Food: “I am a big fan of Ben & Jerry’s Cherry Garcia Ice Cream, you gotta love anything with the name Jerry in it, right?!”
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would buy? “A bigger desktop screen for all of my pals. While I’m cool with hanging out on a cell phone, I’m at my best on a desktop. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I’m ‘comfortable in my own screen,’ but just feel a little more at home in the comfy confines of a desktop.”
What are your favorite movies or TV shows? “I am a big fan of ‘Jerry Maguire,’ ‘Tom & Jerry: Back to Oz,’ pretty much any Jerry Lewis movie and of course, that Jerry Seinfeld show.”
What song is most likely to get you to dance? “I am not much of a dancer but I do enjoy the song ‘Oh Jerry’ by Steve Perry.”
