Highlights, Insights and Sound Bites from ARMOR

Last month, ARMOR welcomed international partners from around the world for the 2024 ARMOR Global Sales Meeting, our first gathering of its kind since 2019. Held at our headquarters in Howell, Michigan, this event brought together representatives from 14 countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.

Our global network is vital to ARMOR’s growth, allowing us to effectively meet the rust-prevention needs of customers worldwide. Over the years, we have seen time and time again that bringing this international group together is incredibly valuable. While the immediate benefit includes product and technical training, the true value lies in the connections formed among our global team of Eradicators of Rust. This time together allows for networking, problem-solving, idea exchange, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships that extend well beyond these three days.

Our agenda was jam-packed to make the most of our time together. We tackled various topics vital to ARMOR’s business, including steps toward implementing an ARMOR Operating System (AOS), what we call the ‘ARMOR sales process,’ sales goal setting, and leveraging the power of the inside sales team. Participants also received hands-on training in the ARMOR lab, exploring our testing methods, new product developments, and sustainability initiatives. Additionally, we shared case studies and success stories from each country.

The opportunity to talk and learn from one another is priceless. How often do you bring together a sales force from 14 different countries in one room? It’s remarkable to see that when we have the time to sit and share successes, challenges, and questions, we discover how similar we all are, and ultimately, those similarities bring strength to the entire team.
