History with ARMOR: Laura has been with ARMOR for two years in the Customer Care Department where she processes orders and helps to make the customer experience enjoyable.
What aspect of your job do you enjoy the most?: “I enjoy the people! Everyone is always so friendly (co-workers, vendors, and customers) and it is nice working with people who are always so willing to pitch in to help or give advice.”
Experience before coming to ARMOR: “Before joining ARMOR, I spent about 15 years in the medical billing field. I’ve also worked a variety of retail jobs, the last one being DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse) – it helped me build quite the shoe collection!”
Hobbies: Laura enjoys golf, running (although she cautions that she uses that term loosely) including a lot of virtual 5K’s this past year and reading when she can find the time.
Favorite Food: “Mexican, hands down — my motto is live every day like it’s Taco Tuesday!”
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would buy? “I would send us on a vacation. Then my family could plan what to do with the rest of the money while relaxing on the beach!”
What are you currently watching on Netflix? Laura’s viewing choice is Imposters, unless her daughter Autumn is around, then it’s The Wiggles.
