Returns & Refund Policy

“Standard” quantity Stock & Ready® orders of ARMOR products that have not been opened and in its original packaging can be returned within six months of the ship date. Stock & Ready® products generally have a high turnover rate providing the opportunity to resell the returned product with plenty of remaining shelf life. If applicable, all ARMOR products will need to be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and arrive back to ARMOR in original saleable condition. All ARMOR products arriving back to ARMOR will be inspected before any credit can be given. There are costs associated with returned goods such as freight charges and a 15% restocking fee. Once a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) is issued, the material must be returned within 30 days of the RGA date. However, extra-large quantities of stock items, those defined as above the maximum quantity listed on the Stock & Ready® Product List, may not be eligible for return.

Unfortunately, custom produced materials cannot be returned since there is a strong probability that they would stay in inventory for a long duration before the opportunity for a resale occurs.
